upgrading an account

hi all,

I want to upgrade from Starter to Standard. I've been told this is handled through the control panel (https://cp.blacknight.com/), but it's not obvious...

these are the steps I took (in each case, I think they're logical).
1. login
2. click My Account on top bar
3. click Subscriptions
4. click the name of the subscription I want to upgrade.

I'm not sure where to go from there as there is nothing like "upgrade package".

Hi there,

You can actually upgrade the subscription under "Billing" instead of "My Account".

If you login to cp.blacknight.com then go to:

Billing >> Supscription Management >> *subscription name*

Here you should see a "Switch Plan" button. In here you can select what plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
