Default Moodle - Windows Hosted

Hello,

Is it possible to install Moodle on a windows Medius Hosting package.

I downloaded the Moodle: Download and extracted it to my computer. Then I uploaded it to my website.

I then entered the url of my website into my browser, and got up the wizard.
Clicked next on the language. It passed all the PHP settings so I clicked next.

But then on the next page I'm getting "The 'Data Directory' you specified could not be found or created. Either correct the path or create that directory manually." with the value "D:\CustomerData\webspaces\webspace_00102472\wwwro ot\website.name\mooldedata" in 'Data Directory'

I created the moodledata in wwwroot and in the website directory but I am still getting the same error.

Is it possible to create a 'Data Directory' that is not accessible directly via the web but that I can use for moodle on a Windows Hosted server?

Also is it possible to setup a cron job on a Windows Hosted server?

Regards,
Sean

The directory would need to be writeable by the anonymous user.
If you can't enable that yourself let our support team know (with details) and they can look at it for you

Michele,

That worked! Thanks a million.

Is it possible to setup a cron job on a Windows Hosted server?
