Web Hosting - HTTPS Access

I am currently using your Minimus hosting package with several domains...

How do I setup my entire website so that it can be accessed using either HTTP or HTTPS? In particular, do I upload it all my web content to both HTTPDOCS and HTTPSDOCS?

Do you want the site to be only accessible over SSL?
