Scheduled Automatic Backups

Is there any way to make regular backups automatically?

I suppose it would be some kind of CRON script but I have no idea how to do this.

I'd like to make a weekly or monthly backup of my entire webspace so that I can set my machine at home to FTP to a secure location.

Any ideas?

Which hosting plan do you have with us?
ie. are you using on of our new Minimus / Medius / Maximus plans or are you on one of the older Soho, Basic , Standard accounts?

I'm on the basic Minimus plan at the moment.

You should have the option to setup backups in your control panel (ie. https://cp.blacknight.com )

I'll see if I can get one of the technical team to address you query in more detail
