Arrow Uploading a mysql database

I have created a database and downloaded a backup of my database from my previous host

but i cant figure out how to upload my database, can anyone help me?

You *should* be able to import an SQL file into the new database using phpmyadmin

You should be able to see it near your mysql / database management section

If you could email support@blacknight.com with your account details ie. which domain this in relation to, they will be able to assist you better.

Just incase someone comes across a similar problem at some stage
the problem was i had created MS SQL instead of a MySQL by mistake so thats why i couldn't find/use phpmyadmin
