Webmail & MySQLAdmin

This is my first time using one of your windows packages (need to for coldfusion), and there seems to be a lot less functionality in the Helm package than the DirectAdmin one. For instance I can't seem to find any webmail, or any web-based MySQL manager.

Thanks for that. I went to http://galahad.blacknight.ie/phpmyadmin but I can't seem to login using any of the usernames/passwords I have. Maybe you could email me the username & password I am to use.

Ignore last message. I just realised that I set up the DB and users in HELM and then I can login to http://galahad.blacknight.ie/phpmyadmin.

Yup was just about to tell you as such. - the VN$number username is only for access to the control panel. You control all other usernames and passwords via helm including db, mail and ftp.
