Questions about VPS

Hi, I currently have a VPS package with another provider. After trouble free hosting for 2 years, the past 2-3 months have been un-reliable including 13 hour downtime last night/today, which is affecting my business. I was looking at your various packages and was wondering:

do you allow our own nameservers (ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com)?
is it easy to migrate from VPS standard to Enterprise in the future?
whats your server ratio?
Can you also explain to me your '10gb backup space' feature. Do you give me an extra 10gb to create my own backup, or is this how much data you will backup off my VPS? daily?
How much does it cost for extra IP addresses (per year)?

I have Plesk on my current package and would be looking to add Plesk to a VPS plan with you which should make migration a little easier. Would I be right in thinking it would take 24-72 hours to update my name server records (to point to the new VPS IPs) ? or is there something that can be done to speed this up and minimise down time.

p.s. the prices on your home page are wrong/misleading. And under the 'Hosting' tab, is the star (*) meant to point to the message 'All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at 21%' ?
