Standard Forwarding / Frame forwarding

2 quick things:

I have a minimus account, how is your standard forwarding executed? And is this method currently acceptable to googlebot (ie no penalties for duplicate content)

Secondly, what is frameforwarding?

Framed forwarding means that it's done in a frame, so the address displayed in the navigation bar does not change

I'd have to check with our technical team about the HTTP response codes sent with standard forwarding
