Backups

Hi,

Perhaps there are threads with info on this but the search facility doesn't seem to be working properly - see here

Anyway, I was hoping to set up some cron jobs to automatically backup my website. The site is and will remain relatively small, so once a week would be fine. Are there any restrictions on what can be run via a cron job? For example, is it ok to run a shell script?

As an aside, according to this post, it's possible to have SSH access enabled. Is this still the case? If so, could you enable it on my account?
