Sorry I was under the impression the forum was moniterd by support staff, as I can't recieve or send emails, I can't email them.

We keep an eye on it, but it is not a suitable medium for swapping confidential details.

It's fine for general "how can I setup X" or "do you support Y" type queries, but as it is open to the public it is not the place for discussing account details etc.,

I have been trying all morning to ring the support team and have been getting an engaged tone each time, so no phone support, no email. Can you PM me perhaps?

We don't offer phone support at weekends at the moment, but there are support staff manning the helpdesk.

Sigh, I can't send or receive emails, that's what my problem is. My email addresses are hosted by Black Knight at my domain's and I get errors everytime I try to send or receive, Nothing has changed at my end so I have to assume it's at yours. So with no phone support and no email support that just leave's me this forum as my only contact point.

I don't mean to sound ratty I have to say normally your service is beyond reproach, but this was a bit of a catch 22 situation and they are inherently frustrating

What happens if you try pinging the server? ie.

ping kay.blacknight.ie


I can confirm that the server is listening for pop3 connections:
