flash video encoding

Hello admins,
I am looking to develop a website that will allow users to upload video files. A small youtube like site for private viewing. This will involve server side flash encoding using ffmpeg which I have looked into already. It is recommended that I use a dedicated linux server, which I see that you offer.
My question is, Is it possible to use blacknight to upload and execute ffmpeg scripts if they are hosted on one of your servers?
