Website still not here

I recently bought a site, removeblockz.com, and transferred the hosting to my account here. that was Saturday, it said it could take from 24 to 72 hours, this time has now passed and I still don't seem to have the site.

Is there any particular reason for this?

Have you contacted our Support department to let them know to add the domain to our nameservers ready to point to your hosting package?
