Wat's the point?

Wat's the point in having a forum if you are just going to tell every one to email you? If you could post the replies in the forum with the general details such as how to adjust settings and so on. Then I would have my a/c and site up and running at this stage, but now I have to wait for some to email me back about where on the control panel i can change the DNS settings.

wat's the betting I get asked to email support for this?

I need to enter my DNS setting so that my site can be setup on my control panel. I purchased the domain from Blacknight using my a/c I thought that it would be added automatically but it has been at least 5 days since I purchased the doamin name and still no sign of my site being propagated. I have looked through the forum and don't see that tells me how to change the DNS settings , just all of them saying to email support.

Maybe I should just email support? It is quite frustrating trying to get your site up and running and there are no obvious ways to get there and you have to wait.

The forum is a very public place. It's difficult to get into most issues without you disclosing personal information. This is why we would usually ask you to e-mail support or submit a ticket online. It's for your own protection.
