Images not showing

Hi

So for some reason my website isn't showing any images, When I try and look at the link, the link is the correct. So I have no idea why they arent showing.

When I go into my FTP software, go to the image and click "copy URL to clipboard" and paste into a server. I get "Error occurred: 404 - not found

Apache Server at: d1202210-3372.cp.blacknight.com"

I have done it before where I was able to share files by FTP a few weeks ago and it worked fine but now I get the same when I click on that link.

Very confused!

You should use the proper domain name for your website and not the temporary URL.

You cannot copy a location from FTP, as it's got no relationship with the actual web address

Though I made a mistake above, I paste it into my email browser not server.

you may have already said you cannot copy an image link from FTP but you may not understand what I am doing.

I use Filezilla to upload my files. you can right click on a jpeg image that has already been uploaded to the site and there will be an option to 'copy URL to clipboard'. You then get something like this, ftp://clarahooper@ftp.d1202210-3372....s/CHP_logo.png.

You can then change it to something like this http://www.clarahooper.com/images/CHP_logo.png and most times you will see the image.

I have done this more times that I can count on different site, but for some reason its not working on this one.

Hi ,

I'm not 100% sure but it looks like you've got the Plesk Site Manager enabled for content management?
Was that intentional as I'm not sure if ftp and so on will place nicely in the way you want it to with that turned on?

Though maybe someone can correct me on that
