cant log in to server

Hi Guys,

I'm having trouble with logging into my ftp. I can login using my desktop computer, (Mac G5 powerpc) but I cant login using my new laptop (Macbook Pro OSX Lion) Details used are both the same but my laptop wont log in, saying incorrect login. I chatted to support and they said that there was something on my computer that was messing with it and thats why its not working, but they couldnt tell me what was.

See i have a couple of other sites up there are they are all working fine. I'm able to login no problem.

FTP used are FileZilla and CuteFTP

Does anyone have experience with this before.

If the only error it's giving is that it's incorrect you might need to check that the username and password are correct. If you're copying the password from somewhere be careful you don't have any extra spaces or anything.
Apart from that I'd reset the password via the control panel and try it on more than one machine. If it works on one, but not another one then you'll have narrowed down the issue (hopefully)
