Default Debian 6.0 - reboot fails after kernel upgrade - xen/grub issue.

provision Debian6.0. run apt-get update && apt-get upgrade. the kernel is updated. reboot.
    the server doesn't come up.

according to Jonathan in BK support:
"This is due to an issue with grub/xen. If you run the following command after updating, it should resolve the issue:

    cp /boot/grub/menu.lst.xen /boot/grub/menu.lst

In the event you forget and reboot, you can let us know and we can mount the VM and run the command for you."

    worked for me.

There should already have been a kb article about this. I'll ask Jonathan to add it.
