Migrate Windows Shared Minimus to .NET 4

Hi I currently have a number domains on a Windows Shared Minimus IIS6

I'm now developing with Visual Studio 2010, NET 4 and I'd like to deploy these solutions

Is it possible to upgrade my existing Windows Shared Minimus running IIS 6 to either 2008 running IIS 7 and NET 4

Or can I just install NET 4
