Can't log into direct admin

Hi there - I am currently moving all my domains/ sites across from my reseller package with Blacknight to individual minumum hosting packages which I have set up with Blacknight as I am closing down my business.

My reseller package spans across directadmin and cp.blacknight.com.

I thought I would start the process with my own domain and emails - glimmadesign.ie. As advised by Blacknight I removed the domain from my cp.blacknight.com reseller package and added it to the new minimum cp.blacknight.com package set up as glimmadesign.ie

All looked fine so far. Then I try and move the email address karen@glimmadesign.ie from direct admin to the new cp.blacknight .com. I deleted it from my direct admin and now I cannot log into direct admin at all and obviously my email doesn't work.

I cannot get access to Direct Admin and an concerned all my clients emails are down. Is there any support in Blacknight at weekends at all?

I have sent 2 messages today to the support desk - and still no answer.

I thought company like Blacknight would have support available at the weekends. Its so disappointing.

We have support available, however queries are dealt with in the order they are received.

If you give me the support ticket IDs I can try to flag them with one of our support team directly

Thank you. I have sent two emails to support about this.
The first is reference IYN - 572803
The second sent this morning before I contacted the forum is UKJ-275019 - I have just received a response to this looking for more information.

Obviously I do not want to waste Blacknights time having two people looking into this. If paul can sort all my queries that would be great.
