Subdomains and DirectAdmin

Is it possible to set the WebRoot of a subdomain to somewhere other than a subfolder in the main public_html folder? I'd ideally like to keep the main domain and subdomains completely separate.

I would like to user Drupal CMS (CMF) with the module "Domain Access". Therefor I need to configure subdomainnames that are pointing to the WebRoot of the main website. So I will have than one website www.website.com that is normally configured in the Direct Admin in public_html folder. Now I want to configure crm.website.com that has to pointing to the same WebRoot public_html folder, so Onde Drupal instance can handle them both.
How can I do that?
