Phone and Broadband outage

Hi All,

Our staff are currently "off-line" in our Carlow offices. A JCB has dug through our broadband and isdn lines so we have no internet access or inbound calls will not work.

Please email all queries through to sales@blacknight.ie or support@blacknight.ie and we will deal with them, we will be working from an alternative location for the afternoon until the lines have been fixed.

I am on site in the Data Centre keeping a close eye on everything.

Service has been restored fully, so our phone and fax lines are now fully functional

There will be intermitant outages tomorrow to our phone/fax lines as Eircom put a permanent fix in place.
