We upgraded our helpdesk earlier this evening.

If you encounter any issues please let us know

The new version of the software offers several new features both for us and for you

You can now get RSS feeds of the latest knowledgebase articles for example!

We've now had it skinned and made a bit more "search engine friendly" - no more ugly URLs in the knowledgebase / FAQ!
