Switch OS upgrades

Description of work:

We're upgrading/standardising the version of IOS on all our cisco access switches. These are the switches that connect each customer equipment cabinet back to our core network. Our core network switches are already running the latest IOS with Crypto. Some of the older access switches are not, hence the upgrade.

Outage possibility:

There will be a brief hit on affected customer access switches during this upgrade. From between 30 and 120 seconds while the switches reboot with the new Image.
