If you could PM me the domain name or email me directly (michele@blacknight.ie) with the domain name I can look into which registrar the domain is with.
If the domain is with one of our partner registrars we *might* be able to get them to assist us / you, however you should, in any case, be able to renew the domain directly with the sponsoring
ICANN registrar if the whois details are correct
