I'm new to Blacknight. I moved from another hosting company on recommendations. Today my e-commerce website was unavailable twice, once in the morning and then this evening. I'm not sure how long it was gone this evening, but it was at least 20 minutes.
Can someone explain properly to me what is going wrong I wonder? Is this normal service here? Or is this an exception?
The reason for this morning was explained by 'a
DNS issue with some of our servers which has affected way website contacts a database'. I wonder what that actually means?
Any help or further explanation would be really appreciated.
