Is this on a minimus or similar hosting package?
have you added hosting under Domain Overview >> Domain Administration >> mydomain.
tld ?
If when you view the domain under the column "web hosting" and there's nothing there then you need to add hosting.
Then you'll upload your site to wwwroot/mydomain.
