I want to upgrade from Starter to Standard. I've been told this is handled through the control panel (
https://cp.blacknight.com/), but it's not obvious...
these are the steps I took (in each case, I think they're logical).
1. login
2. click My Account on top bar
3. click Subscriptions
4. click the name of the subscription I want to upgrade.
I'm not sure where to go from there as there is nothing like "upgrade package".
